New Stem Cell Reserve Users Checklist

1. Read the facility policies and instrument procedures. Failure to follow the policies may result in loss of use for you or your lab.  If you agree to the policies, proceed to step 2.

2. Get your account setup.  Click HERE to Sign Up for an account; the IRM Research Operations will  review your request. You will receive a notification when it has been approved.

3. Obtain training as appropriate.  All equipment requires approval by the IRM Research Operations or the equipment contact listed on the instrumentation page. Access to the equipment calendar will be granted after training is verified.  

4. Currently Room Reservations may only be made by PIs and Designated contacts of RMB occupant labs.  IF you are not an approved Room Reserver, contact Carmen Sudduth to reserve a conference room, or Lael DasGupta to reserve the Board Room.

4. Know the type of equipment you’re using. Some are walk-up, some require scheduling, and/or training. 

5. Schedule instruments by logging into the site and visiting the instrument page.

6. Leave the instrument and workspace area cleaner than you found it.

7. Report any instrument / room Issues to the [email protected].

8. If you publish with any of our instruments and services, please acknowledge and inform us.
