Quantitative PCR

The Bio-rad qPCR machine is available for Pod C researcher use.  Please do not save files on the desktop, but in your lab's folder in the Documents section.  Dispose of used plates immediately. The caretakers of this instrument are the Alliston lab. Please contact them for instructions or maintenance issues. 

The QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR instrument is available for all Pod B labs who participated in the purchase.  Please log all use in the calendar.
